When I had my Daughter, birth photography wasn’t even really a thing. The only photo I have was from a good few hours after she was born, I was already up in the ward. I really disappointed as I don’t have photos to mark the memory and as time has gone on, I remember less and less.
With my Son, I told my mum and husband to make sure they got some photos, but in the chaos of it all , they were distracted and I have 1 photo.
I seriously thought that my family would be able to take some photos and support me, but I was so wrong looking back, I wish I did thing differently.
I know finding the right photographer, can be tricky. Your inviting someone into your birth and to capture your newborn baby, you are wanting someone you can relate to and someone you can trust.

Yes, I would totally recommend, compared to other photographers Violet Photography is so worth it. Brooke spends so much time making sure she has the perfect shot.
